Check-In/Check-Out

Luggage

・We will look after your luggage both before check-in and after check-out.
・When sending your luggage in advance, please clearly state the name of the staying guest,check-in date,
and send it care of Front Reception.

Payment

On arrival, we will take a print of your credit card or, if paying by cash, ask for a sizable deposit.
If a person other than the staying guest is paying, please arrange for payment in advance by one of the following methods.
　・Payment in person at the hotel
　・Payment online by credit card

Cancellation Policy

※Cancel by 2 days prior to arrival (local time) to avoid 100% charge.
※Cancellation fees for group bookings differ from the above. Please inquire with the hotel for details.

Child Policy

・One child per one bed up to 12 years old may stay free of charge as sharing a bed with an adult.
・ Children occupying a bed by themselves are charged the same as an adult, with the same terms and conditions.
・A baby cot available for 0 year old child upon request free of charge. A baby cot can only be set in the
"Twin" and "King" room types. Please note that other room types can not be set due to the size of the room.
・Breakfast for child up to 3 years old free of charge, from 4 to 12 years old breakfast charge is 1,300 JPY per child.

Room/View Request

Room numbers are basically decided on the day.
We make every effort to accommodate the wishes of our guests,
so please ask when you make your booking.
※Please note due to equipment failures, etc. in the room, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
