・We will look after your luggage both before check-in and after check-out.
・When sending your luggage in advance, please clearly state the name of the staying guest,check-in date,
and send it care of Front Reception.

Payment
On arrival, we will take a print of your credit card or, if paying by cash, ask for a sizable deposit.
If a person other than the staying guest is paying, please arrange for payment in advance by one of the following methods.
・Payment in person at the hotel
・Payment online by credit card
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking, please do so up to two days prior to the date of your scheduled stay.
A cancellation fee is charged if canceling a booking the day prior to or the same day of the booking.
- Day before or later: 100% of the accommodation fee
- No-show: 100% of the accommodation fee
*Cancellation fees for group bookings differ from the above. Please inquire with the hotel for details.
Child Policy
In principle, children up to 12 years old (elementary school students) may share a bed with a parent in our guest rooms.
However, this is restricted in some guest rooms for safety reasons.
Please see the following chart covering how many accompanying children are allowed per room type.
Cases outside of these will not be allowed.
Please note that if a bed is occupied by one person, the same conditions and rates apply as for an adult.
(e.g. If one adult and two elementary school children stay in a twin room, they will be treated as two adults and one accompanying child.)
- Single rooms: Maximum two persons (up to two adults or one adult and one accompanying child)
- King/Queen rooms: Maximum three persons (up to two adults and one accompanying child)
- Twin rooms: Maximum four persons (up to two adults and two accompanying children)
- Triple rooms: Maximum five persons (up to three adults and two accompanying children)
*One of the three beds is a pull-out trundle bed, so an accompanying child is not allowed.
*Breakfast is free for children up to three years old and 1,600 yen for children from four to twelve years old.

Room numbers are basically decided on the day.
We make every effort to accommodate the wishes of our guests,
so please ask when you make your booking.
※Please note due to equipment failures, etc. in the room, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
Request on the Use of Power Banks
In recent years, there have been cases of smoke and ignition caused by power banks, both in Japan and overseas. To ensure the safety and security of all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following matters regarding the use of power banks in the guestrooms.
| 1. Precautions when using and charging power banks | To prevent fires and other emergencies, please refrain from using or charging power banks in the following cases: - Charging power banks when you are out of the room - Using or charging power banks under the direct sunlight near the window - Using or charging power banks on flammable materials, such as beds, sheets, etc. When using power banks to charge portable electronic devices or charging power banks from the guestroom power supply, place them in a location where you can always monitor their condition, in order to allow you to detect and prevent any issues at an early stage. |

| 2. Prohibition of the use of damaged or abnormal power banks | Do not use power banks that are damaged, swollen, or display abnormal heat generation. These are extremely dangerous. |
| 3. Guestroom cleaning | If any of the above situations are observed during room cleaning, our staff may move your power bank or stop charging in order to ensure safety. Thank you for your understanding in advance. |
